Mr. Ferrara’s goal is not just to serve the community, but to play an active part in it. Mr. Ferrara has been proud to be a part of all of the following organizations throughout his career:

Breakthrough Charter Schools

(Jan 2012 – Present)

Mr. Ferrara is currently a member of the Super Friends of Breakthrough, focusing on engaging young professionals, educating them about the profound successes of Breakthrough Schools, and rallying them to its aid. He has worked with an inspired group of advocates to launch the Superhero Flyby 5k in both 2013 and 2014.

Greater Cleveland Sports Commission

(Feb 2012 – Present)

Mr. Ferrara is currently working with the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission to engage Clevelanders in events throughout the year. Currently, he is working as a member of the Associate Board, which coordinates the implementation of Greater Cleveland Sports Commission events. Mr. Ferrara’s current committee focuses on marketing and development for the Cleveland Boxing Invitational.

St. Edward High School Rugby

(Feb 2010 – June 2015)

Mr. Ferrara coached primarily the St. Edward backline, and was proudly back-to-back State Champions for Division 1 from 2012-2013; and State Champions in Division 2 in 2014 & 2015; Division 1 Midwest Champions in 2012 & 2015; and ranked as high as 7th in the United States.

Ohio City Writers

(Jan 2011 – Jan 2013)

Mr. Ferrara provided non-fiction writing instruction to local youth. The Ohio City Writers provided a variety of free writing mini-seminars to the communities that surrounded it, highlighting the importance of writing in every-day life, and focusing on the fun that young people can experience with the right inspiration.
